Shankill & Ballybrack Community First Responders are hosting a free CPR and AED training evening at the Samuel Beckett Civic Campus in Ballyogan on Thursday, 15 October 2026. No previous experience is needed and everyone is welcome.

What you’ll learn
- Recognise a cardiac arrest and know when to call 112 or 999
- Perform hands-only CPR and practise your skills
- Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Help someone who is choking
- Recognise the signs of a stroke
