Please note the above numbers are strictly to be used for emergencies only. The cost of any call outs made to the 24-hour helpline, which are not deemed to be an emergency, will be charged to the resident. Contractors engaged by the Out of Hours Emergency Help Desk will be able to assist in mitigating damage to the property only.

Fire in your apartment or otherwise; Please also immediately contact the fire brigade 999 or 112.
Gas if you smell gas in your apartment please call Gas Networks on 1800 20 50 50.
