Clamping in the Estate is a major issue amongst its residents as some are told on moving in, that they would be “added to the waiting list.” Most residents try to help each other, there is a wonderful community spirit so this is a putrid approach to community building. Of course, if you are paying 120.00 a month for a parking spot you’re obviously upset it someone randomly parks in your parking space, which is also happening, resident permits have been issued. The problem exists not enough visitor parking spots, the creche is not open, neither are the retail units as of February 23rd 2026, So residents on the “waiting list” are obviously utilising unused parking slots.

A. Yes, if your permit is not displayed on it.
- So if a permit needs to be displayed – otherwise your visitor needs to pay and park in a visitors parking place only.
- Permits are assigned to the space, not the car.
- Permits are associated with the Parking spot only.
